Will A data DVD-R from my mac read on a PC?

I have a rather large file in a DVD-R that I burned with my superdrive. Will a PC laptop with a DVD drive be able to read it?

You can choose the format of the disc when you burn it. If you choose it to be Mac/Pc hybrid, it will be readable.
