Everyone has a different opinion on this...
As far as I know, here are the main facts (which may or may not be correct):
-Darwin (ie OSX\'s UNIX core) runs on x86 computers
-OSX proper is rumored to be either running on x86 or capable of doing so with *limited* efforts
-Classic never will, or in a realy slow emulation mode
-Cocoa should be relatively easy to switch
-No idea for Carbon
Now, the main thing stopping an OSX for x86 release is Apple\'s strategy. Although I personaly would be in favour, the pression on Apple\'s hardware sales if any PC could run OSX would be enormous. We shall see.
