Hello. I'm wondering if the DVD-Rom drive I have, purchased about 2 years ago will work in a Macintosh G4 Tower. I'm not sure of the exact make or model - it's an ACER 16x DVD-Rom/48x CD-Rom.
Yeah it definately should work. I ran a search at www.xlr8yourmac.com and most people with a similar Acer DVD-ROM drive didn't have any problems .. you may want to check the drive compatability database there, though, if you have problems.
