Those models support PC100. I have a G4 Tower that says it supports PC100, but I put in PC133 anyways and it works fine. Give it a shot, but make sure they have a good return policy. Most ram MFGs have their PC133 contain both code information for PC133 and PC100. My computer says to use PC100, but I wanted the higher density of PC133. OWC told me that their chips are compatible at both speeds. PC133 can do both, but just remember that PC100 can't do PC133.
