Windows All Users Folder in OSX ?

I wonder if there is same folder All Users like in windows ..( U can put files All Users/Desktop and those files will show on all users desktop )

Is there a similar way to do it in OSX .?

You mean like /Users/Shared/? Also did you read the article Sharing files between a Windows Vista Home Edition PC and a Mac running OS X Leopard 10.5? This way you can get an idea.
