Windows jump around

When I change from one application to another by clicking in the apps window title bar, it often happens that the window jumps to another position on the screen. I've seen this in iTunes 1/2, IE, AIM, ICQ etc, so its not an application related problem. Right now I got 10.1 installed, but I already wuz having this problem wit 10.0.3/4. :(
Well.. its not really a problem... but its annoying
 
It only happens when fast switching between apps by clicking on their window title bars. It doesnt happen when one clicks inside another window :( It sucks anyways
