Windows Media Player 9 For Macintosh

When I try to open a wmv file I get a message, "The application Windows Media Player quit unexpectedly. I've tried to open Windows Media Player by itself and get the same message.

I have a 550Mz G4 PowerBook with the Tiger OS. I have 512 MB RAM and a 60 Gigs HD.

Any suggestions?

Try trashing the WMP preferences files (two of them)

user>library>preferences
