windows not opening on mac

Have legit windows XP SP3 on bootcamp running legit Student version AutoCAD2010. Sometimes windows opens, most times it doesn't. Microsoft say it's bootcamp, Apple say it's microsoft. Provider of disk say million chance in one disk at fault. Microsoft say if i can get in via safemode (which I can) then not microsoft problem. Stuck between them both and very upset. Apple laptop 17", bells and whistles, a month old - and had been saving for the best but haven't got it. Have reinstalled Mac OS, have removed and reinstalled bootcamp, windows XP AND AutoCAD. At a loss big time as to what to! K:-(
