Windows share keeps auto mounting, how to stop it?

When my PC is turned on, everytime I reboot my macbook I get a prompt asking me for a user/pass to access my PC server.

It seems finder is automounting 1 folder from the PC, this appear in finder at the top level when I click my "macbook"......

Where exactly is the setting that is causing this particular share to automount? I can't find it?
