windows shares

I have to create an alias to a file on a windows server on many OS 10.3.xxx client workstations. Each user that will use this alias has their own windows accounts, but when I set up the alias I login with my account, so everytime they open the alias it prompts for the windows authentication with my username and password.

Is there a way I can make this default to blank? What I've done before is log in with their account to make the alias, but I don't have time to look up everyones account info and I'm actually doing this with an image to all laptops.

Any advice?
