Windows Xp software on Parallels

Hi i have parallels for mac os x. But the windows xp software (WIndows Xp home edition bootable sp2) i dont have it on a disc. I have it on software on the computer as a iso which a friend send to me. is there a way i can use the software from inside my computer which it is located in the documents folder. Or do i NEED a disc.

You should be able to point Parallels to use the .iso file for the system installation.
