WinXP Help ASAP!!!

Sorry for posting a WinXP under Mac OS X (I hate Windows too).
After restarting Windows a toolbar appered, look here:

How do I get rid of the toolbar thing?

Yes, put a very strong magnet up to your harddrive and say 30 times, remove windows from my Mac, remove windows from my mac....

It didn't work, the toolbar thing is still there.

Easy..
CLick on the gray space.. hold..and drag the menu to hte bottom of the screen.
It has to be there, but usually it is located at the bottom of the screen.

Not really the kind you can drag and drop, I think Windows it comfused and is showing the Desktop as it would show any folder with all the toolbars etc.
Microsoft SUCKS, I mean, 3+ years to make Vista??? 6+ months just to make Internet Explorer 7 wtf???
In 6 months Apple makes a new OS, and A LOT better than crappy old Windows.
