Wireless connection for my Macbook Air

I have a wireless router (from Verizon) and I can connect with my wifes laptop (Windows), Nintendo DS, and Wii. When I try to connect with MBA it will not. I have the correct WEP pasword entered in the settings. Do you think I need to increase the range of ip's available in the "to and from" settings in my router set-up? Also, my router says channel 6. Will airport find this number and use it automaticlly? Thanks for any help. Dave

I don't know if this is still true or not, but it used to be that Apple wireless cards could only use WEP key 1. So, make sure that if your router supports mulitple WEP keys that you're only using 1.
