Wireless Printing

I have bought a HP 7410, it at best is intermittent in its ability to perform. Any ideas on how to get this thing to work I done all the correct install stuff, been on HP website, talked until I'm blue in the face with HP support. Any ideas?

Please provide more infos as to which mac, os, wireless set up..... you are using
