Wireless Solutions For Beige Legacy Macs

Hi,

I'm betting this is posted elsewhere. Have some legacy Macs and a Wireless router. Any suggestions?

Lastly how about the best price on a Airport Extreme for my G4 POwerbook?

The only thing that comes to mind is a ethernet-to-wireless bridge. If you move it around a lot though this would be annoying, because you would need a power outlet for the bridge and a network cable running to it all the time.

What kind of beige Macs are they?? If they have PCI slots, you have some options. If they are only NuBus, you might be SOL...unless there is a company that makes wireless cards for NuBus or PDS slots.

As for the options, MacWireless.com may hve something you need.

And here's a link to the thread about wireless solutions for "OldWorld" Macs.
