someone should figure out how to use the PC Retial version of rtcw and make it work on mac w/ the os x app...


just like they did w/ the demo, i'm sure someone could figure it out...

oh well, when someone does..

There is no single player demo for osX. Wolf ships with two binaries, one for single player and one for multiplayer. The osX has so far only seen a multiplayer binary.

The multiplayer binary released for osX is a technical test, and does not support the full feature set of the retail multiplayer binary.

the multiplayer binary has coded in it, a file size check that makes sure the pak file from the technical test is the only one used. You cannot use extra or edited pak files with the multiplayer technical test for osX, the binary will refuse to run.

Just have to hold your horses and wait for the os9 port to be completed before the whole package is released in march 2002 (yes they say februrary but do you believe them?)
