Word 2004 Issue

Word 2004 works fine for me as Administrator. But in one user account the spelling and grammar does not work, and is even greyed out in Preferences.

We are running Word v 11.3 on a G3 700mhz dual USB iBook running OSX 10.4.8. No other Word issue for either of us, just this spelling and grammar issue in one non-Administrator accounts.

I have deleted preferences and confirmed I have latest updates.

Any ideas?
