WORD for Mac problem

Hi.
I know this doesn't fit under this topic, but I don't know where else to go. MS is no help. On all my WORD docs, the first two lines indent one space. I've checked ruler, paragraph and page-set up and there's nothing there telling it to do this. This started about a month ago. I don't know if I have some glitch or if some weird MS feature has been somehow switched on. Anyone have any suggestions?

try and search for a file called normal.dot, if it's there, delete it and launch word again, this should "default" word to the original config.

Thanks for response. Search did not find "normal.dot" on my computer. The only 'normal' file that came up was: "Bl normal CG9 CG2".

I tried setting margins to the default settings, but that didn't help.

If you have any other suggestions, let me know. If not, thanks for your time!
