When several groups of users create a Word document and try to print it 'Unexpectedly quits'.
I have found a few forums commenting on removing Microsoft libraries and or copying them onto the desktop of the users account but nothing seems to work. We are running a network of OS X tiger server with 10.3 and 10.2 clients.
In addition to the Word issue, Appleworks will not load and also unexpectedly quits, this may or may not be connected?
Thanks in advance for any help offered, I am getting to the stage where I am thinking of creating new accounts for these users and having to transfer all their settings and work?? Bog job as there are so many users with problems.
