Would love to see this title come out on the Mac

Nearly zero (to quote Harry Potter).
It does look really good though. Similar to Medal of Honor?
 
Well if it was made with an already ported engine, such as ut 2003, q3a. There is a good chance that it will be ported, but if it hasn't I wouldn't be holding my breath.
