X.1.2 finder quits with NT server?

has anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

when I connect to a NT server using various macs on a network running OSX 10.1.2, the finder quits when opening various folders or scrolling down a folder list (It is not the same folder or the same mac each time)

had the same problem. we updated the appletalk drivers on the NT machine and then it worked fine. especially when scrolling fast, the finder ALWAYS quitted before.

hey! this sounds like what's happening at my work! will have to let them know! 8)

On NT shares, you can use "smb:" to connect, this avoids AppleTalk altogether.
If you have a DOMAIN for these servers you will need to include it in the path.
example: smb://DOMAIN;SERVERNAME/Share

Yes that's a ";" between the domain and server name.
