Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me to get fink working with apples X11 system.
I cant install any packages that require a window system, and I cant install system-xfree86, which should tell fink my window system is ok.
Heres the log of what happens:

This is with X11 installed, without X11 installed its the exact same thing except for the first three locations (instead of finding a few things it is missing all of them). I installed OpenOffice and got it working no problem, but fink is causing me problems.
thanks to anyone who helps me!

You need to install the Apple's X11 SDK, that has the missing libraries that fink is complaining about.

Hi btoneil,

Would you mind to tell me where can I download the X11 SDK? I search the apple.com, opendarwin and sourceforge, but I can't find it.

Thanks!

It is on the same page as the X11 beta over on the right hand side toward the bottom if I remember right. I can't seem to get to apple.com at the moment to check :(
