Hey. I haven't really gotten in to the x11 scene; aqua does it all for me mostly. However, I have fallen in love with Abiword. It's lite, and it opens .doc files without me having to boot up Appleworks with my measly 128 megs of ram. Now Abiword is a little different than a lot of x11 apps in that it has its own dock icon and menubar items (it just needs x11 to be running at the same time). My question is this.
Is there any way to have x11 running, but running in the background like classic does? I hate to have the x11 icon in my dock all the time, as I have abiword a lot of the time.
