XFree86 and Fink

I've been playing around... but it's a tad confusing to me ... to be frank...

But, I first installed XDarwin ... cranked it up as rootless... it works .. but basic and ugly WM...

So I thought I could use fink to install gnome or something...

But Fink ask's prompts for a choose of XFree86 package...

Do I need to install XFree86 via fink ?

If so... Which package... there are several.....

Or is there a way to let fink know... I have XDarwin allready ?

Ahh.... Ok... I got it ...

XFree86 placeholder package

After installing that.. everything is rolling along ....
