Hi Guys,

Just started using MacOSX fulltime today and one thing ive noticed strainght away is that there arent any decent XML editors available for the Mac.

Do any of you guys know of any XMLSpy or cooktop equivs?

Thanks

What do you need in an XML editor apart from automatic indenting? Serious question, as I *don't* write much XML manually.

autocomplete and validation in an xml editor would be nice too (especially if it could make use of DTD and XML Schemas for both those things).

I prefer psgml mode in emacs to any of the icky gui IDEs that I have seen. It doesn't have any schema support though. nxml mode for emacs has RelaxNG schema support, but it doesn't automatically insert tags, you have to start typing and complete.

But I rarely encounter people that aren't preconditioned to hate emacs so...

NetBeans has some sort of XML editing, which I haven't tried, and there are probably XML editors in all the Gnome and KDE stuff.
