XServe Performance Metrics

Yeah, yeah, i know that the Xserve just came out and believe me we are chomping at the bit to purchase these for our clients but i have a question that is more for those with any experience with these, high speed I/O ATA drives. I know that Apple is touting some 266Mb transfer rate for four drives within a RAID 0 configuration... well that's just fine and dandy for video editing and highend stuff like that but what about an industrial strenght file/web server?

What about those same drives in a RAID 1/mirroring configuration? What is the theoretical performance there? I also know that they will be introducing the Xraid thing as well, but in the meantime, i'd like to purchase one of these guys, slam two of the 120GB drives and mirror them together.

Those of you that are considering purchasing the Xserve and need to justify it agains the Windows world, read this article:

Anyway, I'd like to know any opinions on my thoughts above.
