Hey all,
This is going to sound VERY vague, but I'll provide more details tomorrow...
A co-worker gave me a review of Virtual PC 7, in a PC magazine (the name escapes me, but I will look at the magazine at work tomorrow). The review is a nice one, but the interesting part is that they say how the Virtual PC product will not run on Xserve, as they tested with their Dual 2.4GHz Xserve unit.
Now, we've heard that some large, cluster customers secured the 2.4GHz Xserves, I believe, but this is the first mainstream published report that I've seen.
I know, I don't have my source listed in here, but I do promise I'll include that when I confirm the magazine name tomorrow. I've never been one to state fiction as fact, so I hope my word is good on this one...at least until the morning!
