Since I installed 'Jaguar' xterm crashes when xDarvin starts up or I use OroborX to start xDarwin/xterm.

Any ideas how to fix this?
 
Yes, install the fix for xterm for 10.2 :) You can find it at: http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=197114
Or, you can also install XFree86 4.2.0.1 compiled natively on 10.2 which you can get from the same place as the xterm patch. The reason the xterm stopped working is in 10.2 they moved the location of the ncurses library which xterm is compiled linking too, so it bombs as it can no longer find the library.
