Yahoo tech support can't answer this: Registered domain name elsewhere, points to yahoo merchant account. Yahoo email goes to Entourage POP. Receiving emails AND error messages that either say username/password incorrect OR I don't have a bizmail account. I input info per their instructions (online and phone). Don't want error msgs pop up dozens of times/day. Running a small biz here. Any help greatly appreciated!!
Intermediate user, not novice, usually can keep up with tech support, but now I've confounded even Yahoo tech support!
Terry answered something similar, but had to do with changing SMTP port for sending, not receiving emails.
