YAiQ (Yet Another iTunes Question)

I purchased a video on iTunes. The preview art was a scene from the video, which was fine and dandy. When I added the name of the album that the song is on, it switched to the album art of the song which is also in my iTunes library. Now, I can't seem to switch the preview art from the album cover back to the still shot from the video. Do I have to remove the album name on all videos if I want to use a still shot from the video?

Also, is there a way to select which still shot from a video you show as the "album art" for any given video?

Unsure about the first Q.

But to select the screenshot to use as the art first open the video, pause at the frame you want as the art. Then right click on the video and click 'set poster frame'.
