A best iPod coverter for Mac?

Recently, I download some videos from YouTube, Myspace and other video sharing site, I want to watch them on iPod, but they are FLV, and I can't transfer them to iPod, I try several cenverter, but they still don't work, who can tell me a best iPod coverter for Mac?

You can also install Perian and then open up the FLV's in Quicktime and then convert them to whatever you like.

ffMpegx works too. Not sure about FLV's. Easy and to the point. I covert all my avi's to mp4 with this. Also has a queue so you can set a bunch up to convert and walk away.

I downloaded iSquint. It converts to Quicktime and is quick and easy to use.
