Bizarre Addition and Subtraction to HD space

Hi all,
I am having the HD free space that is displayed at the bottom of each open window either show exactly 30 gig of free HD space added or subtracted i.e. at one start-up it will show 430.17 GB available then a couple start-ups later it will show 403.17 GB available. I have ran DiskWarrior, Disk Utility, TinkerTool System, OnyX, etc. and none have fixed or showed any significant problems. Anyone know if there is a bug in 10.7.2 or have any clues of what might be happening? TIA

I have:
MacBook Mid 2007
Processor 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Graphics Intel GMA 950 64 MB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2 (11C74)

Ah! Something in you System Cache is doing something wacky. So do some cache cleaning with a program like Yasu and run all the cleaning routines. Let the program reboot your Mac and open that reboot immeadiatly manually reboot again. This will completely rebuild your shutdown/startup system cache.

Plus download the Flash cookie deleting program Flush. Maybe you have so many flash cookie eating up space.

See if doing these steps help.
