bochs messed up my terminal, help

I downloaded bochs2.0.2 from the link provided by apple.com and soon realized I was in a bit over my head and deleted it.

when installed all new terminal windows would run bochs, now they just get this error because its not there anymore

[oops:~] fitz% cd /Users/fitz/Downloads/Bochs-2.0.2/;/Users/fitz/Downloads/Bochs-2.0.2/bochs.app/Contents/MacOS/bochs
/Users/fitz/Downloads/Bochs-2.0.2/: No such file or directory.

I cant find what is making this happen. my .tcshrc is innocent, and I neither authorized nor can find any changes anywhere else that would seem likely.

I tried to login again and received this message:

Welcome to Darwin!
tcsh: Cannot open /etc/termcap.
tcsh: using dumb terminal settings.

tossed my terminal prefs and its fine again
