Changing iTunes default storage location

This is probably simple - but so am I

At the moment iTunes by default stores my music on my HD in my local folder... me/itunes/itunesmusic - whatever.

Is there a wayof making it store my music somewhere else by default - I have an external FW drive which I'd like to use rather than the internal in my powerbook.

Here is the preference: iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes music folder location .
