Convert MPEG's into MOV's?

Does anyone know of any programs (for OS X or OS 9...) that will convert MPEG's (with sound) into MOV's? I've tried Sparkle, and it didn't work, I've looked on Version Tracker, and the only thing I could find lead to a dead link... Help, PLEASE!

The only one I can think of is QuickTime Pro.

There are utilites called VPCtools.
Its a program that can convert almost any movie format to another
Look it up in versiontracker

I would have mentioned it, but I tried it first on an mpg and the sound disappeared...

I've noticed that too, but since I haven't messed with it much, I hoped there might me a setting to fix that.

I just took a look at my VCD gear... it doesnt have a mov to mpg...

This might be little consolation,
I ran Final Cut Pro 2, and opened and MPG file and saw that I could export it to a quicktime movie. (althuogh I did not try it since it would take a long time to do so... I think)
