deleted cd-rw

I accidentally deleted the files on a cd-rw. Is there any way to recover these files? I have searched for hours on the internet and not found any real answers for Mac.

I have found several programs for windows. Would it be possible to use a windows computer to recover mac files on my erased cd-rw?

I successfuly recovered files from a cd that failed when copying, not quite the same as your problem but it may work for you. I installed CrossOver on my Intel iMac and then installed Windows software ISOBuster which worked perfectly. I think I read somewhere it also works with CD-RW.
