developer tools and POSE

ok... i downloaded the tools and the POSE...

but I don't know how to get my program to work in the emulator...?

yes... i downloaded the Palm OS emulator and I downloaded some developer software and prc files...

I just don't know how to get the emulator to run these files...

I've got a PRC file and the Palm emulator... how can I get it to run?
