edit predefined user folders

not if it's really neccesary, but i would really like to edit the way the default user folders are created. I don't need most of them. I know that some are a must, but how can i tell the system to not create the Music, Movies, Pictures, and Sites Folders in the user home directory?

The template for it is in /System/Library/UserTemplate/YourLanguage.lproj. I guess you can change it as much as you want.
