Got 10.3.1.
Extra punctuation characters are starting to show up, particularly with the apstrophe and period. For instance if I type the word "isn't" I end up with two apostrophes, or often when I type a period and then return, I get two periods (but not until I hit the return key).
This happens in Mail, Address Book, TextEdit and many other native apps. It isn't happening now in Safari.
The last system-level things I've done was upgrade to 10.3.1 and install Formac Studio TVR drivers, though the problem did not seem to appear immediately after either of those changes.
Rebooting does not help.
Has anyone else experienced this? Has anyone else found a fix?
