F-keys in QuarkXPress 4.x

Most of my clients live in QuarkXPress, and one of the requests I get the most is to enable F-keys for different commands. I personally don't use QuarkXPress that much (I still love my old Aldus PageMaker 5.0a) and have no idea where to even begin looking.

Any ideas as to where I can find and how to enable this feature?
