Fink KDE Mouse Problems

Hi,

I have just updated to Fink version 0.7.0 and installed kde it all runs but the left mouse button does not work : (

Any idea why anyone?

Fink 0.7.0, installed KDE with Fink Commander and just the right mouse button will work. Only good for contextual menus. Hmmmm. I have a Logitech MX700 USB wireless mouse. Anyone have any ideas??

I have resolved the problem by creating a .xinitrc file in my home folder with the following lines of text.

export KDEWM=/sw/bin/kwin
exec quartz-wm --only-proxy &
exec /sw/bin/startkde

Very sad but if you get info on the bundle before downloading it has this info in it : (
