iBook G3 as Home Theater

I have a iBook G3 that I would like to use for streaming of my iTunes library and videos from other computers in my house. What hardware (video adapters, remote) would I need. I believe that the iBook is a Dual USB model (the kind that shipped standard with a 10GB HD).

To hook up to your TV you will need the Video Adapter.
To hook up to your stereo you will need a Mini-to-RCA Audio Cable (this is a guide, you can find your own like this that might be cheaper).
To control audio, movies, etc. there is the RF USB Remote.

And of course you will need some way to hook up with ethernet.

Are you sure the video adapter would work? Apple says it will work with any "iBook without an external reset button" but my iBook appears to have a reset button by the audio/video out port.

Also, could I use my iPod Touch to control the entire computer with a program like Apple's Remote App?

Oh yah, I believe this is what you need then. This will go in the same port that you put your headphones in.
This also takes away the need for the seperate audio cable.
