I have an iMac 20" G5 1.8 MHz that I had a power supply replaced under the recall warranty. It worked fine. Woke up on 01/06/09 and it was dead. Did the lil light test on the logic board and the board is dead. Cap's are expanded. As you can see this after the 3 year window that ended on 12/15/08. Sucks I know.
But I got a brand new shiny 24" 3.06 maniac.
My question is anyone know of the cheapest place to find this board. I found prices anywhere from 350.00 to 1000.00.
By the way it is the one without the ambient light sensor.
