In Safari How to open an Image with PhotoShop

Hi everyone.

I need your help, advise...

I have a html page with this tag:
<a href="file:///volumes/CFD/Retoques_Automaticos/Out_Color/Out_Color_Tres/N2174467.jpg">Image</a>

CFD is a Share
If I use Explorer when I click the link (using the File Helpers) the image is open with PhotoShop. I need the same functionality in Safari, is there a way to do that...?
Or how can I accomplish this task?

If you right/control-click the link, you can choose "download linked file", then deal with opening the image file on your desktop - control/right click, Open With..
 
If you click the link and get to the image, then you can just drag the image from Safari directly to Photoshop.

I need the same behaviour like IE (file helpers) in Safari, with one click in the link its open the photoshop...
