MacWorld NY Keynote?

Like the last year - Apple does not seem to be participating. I hope next year they will.
 
Joz will be doing the Keynote. Joz normally is the guy behind Phil Schiller, which really puts him as the #3 guy for publicity at Apple.

My guess is that he will cover all the stuff Steve did from WWDC, with the exception possibly of Panther. If Panther isn't shown, then expect it to come in December some time. If Panther is shown, a Sept/Oct timeframe might not be out of the question...

There might be some new hardware, but nothing revolutionary. Most likely updated displays (maybe a 30"), and probably an updated 15" Powerbook, along with possible speed bumps on the 12" and 17" models as well (all Powerbooks are over 6 months from their last update).
