Mirror Desplay Resolution

I was wondering if a mirrored desplay can be a different resolution than the prim. display

if it's mirrored, I'd say that the primary display sets the pace... I may be wrong though.

yea thats what i thought...but was hoping otherwise.

hmm, there was this hack to get panning of monitors...I wonder if it would be possible to adat to new iMacs?

i heard that only worked for the ibooks and gf4 imacs
