MobileME gallery in iCloud

Is there a way in iCloud to "publish" to random folks a gallery of photos, as I have been doing for years with MobileME, formerly known as .Mac? Yes, I can see my Photo Stream on my new devices, but not on my G4 laptop. And not on my friend's PC.

Perhaps I wasn't paying attention. Am I supposed to find, on my own, another way to perform this heretofore rather convenient task that I was paying for?

MobileMe Gallery remains active until June 2012. Tim Cook announced (in answer to a user's question) that Apple might relaunch some MobileMe features that were removed when it transitioned to iCloud, such as the photo gallery. Thus, for now, you are left to find your own alternative, such as publishing directly to a Facebook album.
