New To Mac Os X Server...need Help

I just came into possession of two Mac G5's, one has a bad power supply, the other I was wanting to run as a file server, web client, and email server for some freelance design work I am going to be doing in the future. I am looking at getting Leopard Server since the G5 that works is the PowerPC with dual 1.8mhz processors and 3gb of RAM and two 80gb hdd. Would this work for what I am thinking or what else would I need to do?

You can up your memory to 4 GB. You may need to partition those hd - at least the one that will run Leopard.
