I have seen several threads about this and evertime they have a link I get the 404 or the member does not have a page here. Anyone know where I can get it?

Not to draw people away from here or anything, but the *only* place I have *personally* seen this topic at is the MacNN.com forums. You may want to run over their and do a search. I wouldn't stay too long, though.. They tend to be communists.
