Hello, I went to Fry's yesterday and purchased a Miglia USB converter so that I can plug in my Plantronics head set. I was able to get it to partially work, but not completely. This is the specific problem.
When I plug in the head set I can speak with no problem. However, I can't hear anybody through the head set. Yet, I can hear them through the computer. I spent three hours yesterday trying to fix this so that the audio comes through the headphones and not the computer speaker.
I'm at my wits end and if anybody can help me with this, I would appreciate it. Just be very specific so I can trouble shoot this problem without causing more damage.
